Anciens Temps Rouge Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah IGP Pays d'Oc 2019
Concentrated and full-bodied red wine. Remarkable bouquet of blackcurrants, peppery notes and light vanilla notes. The Anciens Temps Cabernet Syrah is very popular with our guests, because of its somewhat difficult to pronounce name it is simply referred to as "car wine". If you look at the beautiful label, you also know why...
The label was deliberately chosen and symbolizes the connection between the old and the modern. The Cooperative Producteurs Reunis de Cebazan is located in the picturesque town of Cebazan. Here in Languedoc-Roussillon, the cooperative has excellent locations of old vines. The winemaker Marilyn Lasserre brings all her knowledge and experience to the cooperative. Among other things, she has already worked for well-known wineries in Spain and Australia. The wine line "Anciens Temps" is the flagship of the winery and an absolute price/performance miracle.

Anciens Temps Grande Reserve – Pays d'Oc 2019
Another “car wine”: switch from the 2CV to the DS! With their top wine on the label, the winegrowers pay homage to the automobile goddess - the Citroën DS. A lush and velvety wine with amazing concentration and a spicy finish. Impossibly concentrated and dark in colour. Dense aromas of black cherries, dark berries and paprika on the nose. This red wine gets its accentuated sophistication from fine nuances of toffee and vanilla. A really great, interesting wine! Goes well with hearty snacks with air-dried ham and salami, with meat pies and terrines, with lamb and beef stews, with BBQ and of course just to enjoy!!!

L'instant Malbec
The pure Malbec shows a deep dark color. Aromas of blackberries and notes of red fruits dominate the nose. On the palate it is soft, almost velvety, medium-bodied with a good structure. Long, soft finish with spicy notes. The tannins are perfectly integrated. The grape variety Malbec is known from Argentina. In fact, it has its origins here, in the Cahors area of south-west France. It has been cultivated here for centuries and perfectly expresses its characteristics on this particular terroir. The Maison Rigal vineyards are located on the upper terraces of the Lot river valley. The grape variety Malbec and the black truffle found in Cahors are 2 jewels of the Vallée du Lot and at the same time give this velvety red wine its name. Only the best grapes are used, and the Rigal team of oenologists develops the Malbec Truffier particularly gently in order to gain the fruity aroma of this grape variety and at the same time to extract the strong tannins of the Malbec. A short barrel aging of the wine then gives it its smooth roundness. Goes well with aromatic cheese platters, grilled beef and lamb, but also with vegetable quiches or mushroom dishes.

Pierre Amadieu – Côtes du Rhône Roulepierre 2018
A fruity wine shows aromas of plums, blueberries, cherries, undergrowth, leather, pepper, earthy notes. Aged in large wooden barrels. A really elegant Côtes du Rhône that doesn't overwhelm you with too much power. Goes well with poultry, game and cheese.
The vineyards are located on selected plots south of Gigondas on calcareous and clayey soils of the Plan-de-Dieu terroir (for the Grenache) and on slate soils on the right bank in the Ardèche region (for the Syrah). The house of Pierre Amadieu is a family business in the third generation. Pierre Amadieu, the founder's grandson, brings all his know-how to the vinification of these wines and bottles them himself in his cellar in Gigondas. A lot has happened at Pierre Amadieu in recent years to achieve a level of quality that is internationally recognized today (Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Parker, Decanter report regularly).

Bagordi Rioja Cosecha 2019
Red wine from Rioja that is a pleasure for its price.
In the glass, the wine is garnet red with violet reflections, clean and bright with beautiful tears. Great fruity expression on the nose with black currant, raspberry and subtle liquorice on a background of balsamic and spicy notes that add complexity and elegance. The fruitiness is retained on the palate and is accompanied by pleasant acidity and wood aromas.
The classic grape varieties of the Rioja are harvested at optimum maturity and vinified separately in new oak barrels for 6 months. Recommendation goes with grilled meat, cheese or simply solo. Bodegas Bagordi was founded in 1995 by the Cárcar family, who have been cultivating wine for generations and who know how to use the inherited knowledge of winemaking excellently. The bodega has state-of-the-art equipment and over 1000 barrels, some American and some French oak, in which the wines are stored in perfect conditions.

2019 Primitivo 'I Tratturi' Puglia
The Primitivo "I Tratturi" Puglia IGP from Feudi di San Marzano comes in deep red, almost violet color reflections. In addition to its beautiful color, its bouquet offers peppery, "sweet notes" and subtle nuances of jam. A bit of spiciness comes through in the taste, warm, round and beautifully light with aromas of rich morello cherries and ripe plums. The finish is intense and long-lasting with a velvety structure. This Primitivo offers a rich taste experience! Ideal for pasta, antipasti, chicken and light pies.
The wines of the Cantine San Marzano impress with their balance and high quality. In addition to the high quality standards, the winegrowers blame the unique weather, the soil and the warm wind (Sole, Terra e Vento). The San Marzano Primitivo I Tratturi was made from grapes grown on the typical clayey soils of the San Marzano region. The wine was matured in stainless steel tanks.

Cala Zagaro

Zweigelt BRILLIANT, Ecker – Eckhof 2019
100% Zweigelt! Typical aroma of cherries and dark berries. Makes you want to more! Strong ruby red, aroma of cherries and dark berries, fine peppery spiciness, with a dense body. Uncomplicated, tasty Zweigelt that is rarely produced anymore. Also a wonderful treat slightly chilled! Its style is reminiscent of a cru from Beaujolais or a good Saint Magdalener. Food recommendation: Grilled dishes, duck, mushroom dishes, mild curries may contain traces of protein and gelatine
Wine-growing region: Wagram (Lower Austria), about 50 km west of Vienna. The Wagram, known as Donauland until 2007, is located on the north bank of the Danube. The name is derived from the Wachrein or Wogenrain and describes the loess wall that accompanies the Danube like a second natural bank over a distance of 30 km. The area represents a unique terroir for winegrowing that is unique in Europe. Deep loess soils on southern slopes, which are rich in fossils and minerals, as well as the so-called "Pannonian" climate with cool nights and warm sunny days give the wines their unique flavor . The grapes are destemmed and fermented in the red wine fermentation tank, after which the malolactic fermentation takes place. The mash is pressed 2 weeks after fermentation and stored in stainless steel tanks. The vineyards from Weingut Ecker are divided into around 30 individual plots in the best locations around Kirchberg am Wagram, Ruppersthal and Großweikersdorf.
