Schwarzer Sekt
​
Entstanden ist er aus tiefdunklen Trauben, deren Wiege an den Rändern der Wälder der Emilia Romagna liegt. Sie werden seit über zweitausend Jahren in ihrer ursprünglichen Natürlichkeit bewahrt. Noch oft in alten Weingärten kultiviert, sind sie bis heute der Stolz einer ganzen Region.
So wild und geheimnisvoll wie sein Ursprung präsentiert sich auch seine äußere Erscheinung. Schon beim Einschenken versprüht er seine Lebendigkeit und seine feine langanhaltende Perlage verspricht ein besonderes Geschmackserlebnis.​
Betörend einzigartig ist aber nicht nur seine Gestalt. Elegant und trocken überrascht sein facettenreiches Aroma.​ Im Geschmack ein Hauch von frisch gepflückten Waldbeeren und Anklängen von wilden Kirschen die für gute Stimmung sorgen. Samtig im Abgang mit Zartbitterschokoladenwürze.
Leicht, frisch und trinkfreudig passt er sich hervorragend an Speisen an und ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein erfreulicher Begleiter - für ausgefallene Events ebenso wie für schöne Momente unter Freunden.

Finest, intense perlage in the glass. The color is lively and shows green reflections with brilliance. Fresh notes of citrus, tangerine and grapefruit on the nose, including hints of brioche... These are joined by peaches and a hint of ripe gooseberries. Lively and persistent on the palate. Everything you could rightly want from a real champagne!
What is special about this champagne is its blend of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. It gives the champagne its freshness without developing too dominant acidity, which is so characteristic of many Blanc des Blancs, for example.
